Prawn & Guacamole Bites

Hosting a party or small group of friends and need some inspiration on what to serve your guests? We have the recipe for you, these Prawn & Guacamole bites will go down a treat and they are so simple to make.

1 Cuisine De France Le Parisien Baguette
220g Freshly peeled king prawns (cooked)
5 Ripe avocados
1 pack Dill
1 pack Cherry Tomatoes
½ Lime
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1 Slice the baguette at an angle to create a diamond like shape slices.

2 Next, chop open each avocado and scoop the insides out into a bowl.

3 Squeeze half a lime into the bowl and add your salt and pepper.

4 Use a fork to smash the avocado, this will blend all the ingredients together whilst smoothening the texture.

5 Slice a 8 cherry tomatoes into quarters.

6 Spread a layer of your avocado to each slice, then add your prawns on top.

7 Garnish with a sprinkle of rosemary and add your cherry tomatoes to each. Serve to your guests.
