Hot Cross Bun French Toast

Level up your Hot Cross Buns, with this tasty Hot Cross Bun French Toast recipe

Ingredients
25g Butter
100g Chocolate Spread
3 Eggs
400ml Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Pack Cuisine de France Hot Cross Buns
50g Light Caster Sugar
Method

1 In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla extract

2 Heat a non-stick pan over a low heat and melt the butter

3 Slice your Hot Cross Buns in half, and dip each slice into the egg mixture. Coating it evenly on both sides.

4 Cook for about 30-45 seconds on each side until browned.

5 Serve immediately - smearing chocolate and topping with your favourite berries.
