Our sourdough starter is over 30 years old. The 3 cheese roll with sourdough is generously flavoured with 20% cheese which includes mature White Cheddar, West Cheddar and Red Leicester. The rolls are slowly fermented resulting in an open crumb with a light chewy crust.
